Can I export transactions from Briefcase?

You can download the original documents, but you can't currently export the extracted transaction data (supplier, amounts, VAT, codes) as a spreadsheet.

Download documents

  1. In the Costs or Sales inbox, tick the transactions you want.

  2. Click the download icon in the bar that appears.

Briefcase downloads a ZIP file of the original attachments.

For Xero and QuickBooks clients, published transactions are also in your ledger, where you can report on and export them.
