AI Autopilot Launch
AI autopilot is now turned on by default for all accounts. The costs page displays autopilot status, an on/off switch, and filtering options for autopublished transactions.
- Needs at least 3 historically consistent published transactions before auto-publishing similar ones
- Considers full document context: category coding, VAT, description, amount, line items, and tracking codes
- Learns from edits: If transactions are modified after autopublishing, the system won't repeat that pattern; conversely, repeatedly published similar transactions without edits trigger automatic publishing
Prepayment Enhancements
- One-off prepayment detection and automatic schedule creation
- Mark transactions as prepayments from transaction details page
- Tracking codes adjusted alongside categories in prepayment schedules
- Monthly closing balance displayed on tracker page and CSV exports
