Improved categorisation, opening prepayment balances and cleaner UI
AI categorisation now uses weaker matches when strong ones are unavailable, migrate existing prepayments with opening balances, and a cleaner publish location UI.
Extending categorisation to include moderately and weakly similar transactions
We've improved our AI categorisation engine for greater accuracy. It can now use lower-quality matches when stronger ones aren't available, reliably increasing performance. To keep things transparent, we also now show the strength of the match as well as similar transactions found in your historic ledger.
Opening balance for manual prepayments
You can now migrate existing prepayments by specifying the prepaid amount (excluding VAT), opening balance (remaining unrecognized portion), start and end dates, and account code.
Remember to remove any recurring journals to prevent duplicate posting.
Cleaner publish location UI
The publish location field now appears prominently at the bottom of the transaction details page, allowing easier review and updates while maintaining Business Settings defaults.
