Create new account codes through Briefcase
Users can now generate fresh account codes directly within the platform for their client's chart of accounts. Once created, these accounts automatically synchronize with Xero and become immediately available for use in Briefcase.
Two-way sync between Briefcase and Xero
The platform previously allowed straightforward invoice updates: open, modify, and update. The enhancement introduces bidirectional synchronization—modifications made to invoices within Xero now automatically reflect in Briefcase, preventing data inconsistencies.
By syncing current invoice information from Xero, Briefcase maintains accuracy while strengthening AI capabilities. The system continuously refreshes to incorporate the most recent transactional data, enhancing model learning.
