The role

What you’ll own

  • Product work, end to end

    Talk to customers, run discovery, scope the problem, build the solution and ship it to production. No hand-offs, no waiting for sign-off.

  • Deep technical problems

    Training embedding models, retrieval, verification models grounded in maths, and a fleet of 50+ AI agents in production. You’ll be at the frontier of what’s possible.

  • Frictionless delivery

    No pull requests, no staging environment, no code review. You are in charge of code quality and operational health.

  • High-leverage architectural decisions

    Define the platform for a new product category and keep it simple as it grows. Your decisions will have lasting impact.

  • Genuine ownership from day one

    No ticket queues, no hand-offs, no waiting for permission. Just you and the problem.
