## Available Permissions by Category

Transaction: View all transactions, View own transactions only, Publish transactions, Delete transactions

Document: Upload new documents

Expense Claims: View all expense claims, View own expense claims only, Create new expense claims, Publish expense claims to ledger, Delete expense claims

Prepayments: View all prepayments, View own prepayments only, Create new prepayments, Publish prepayments, Delete prepayments

Bank Statements: View all bank statements, View own bank statements only, Delete bank statements

Business Settings: Update business settings

## Role Capabilities

-   Admins: Manage all user permissions and send invites
-   Users: Invite new users and set their permissions

## Use Cases

-   Grant clients read-only document access
-   Allow employees to manage only their own expense claims
