Briefcase now automatically splits invoices and receipts into multiple lines based on VAT rates.

## Key features

-   When multiple VAT rates are detected in an invoice or receipt, the system automatically splits it into separate line items
-   Line items sharing the same VAT rate are consolidated together
-   Each line includes complete description, category classification, and VAT rate information

This eliminates the need for manual setup of supplier rules, manual line splitting, or additional user actions.
