### 1\. Connect your bank account(s) via open banking

Briefcase supports real-time bank feeds for 82+ UK institutions.

-   Go to **Bank** section (left-side panel) → **Add Bank** → **Connect Bank Feed**

### 2\. Transform bank statements into a live bank feed

-   Step 1: Go to **Bank** section (left-side panel) → **Add Bank** → **Add Manually** → Fill in the details → **Create**

-   Step 2: Upload your bank statements → **Statements** tab (Bank section) → click on the uploaded bank statement → **Assign Transactions** → Select the bank account you manually created in step 1
