Send several receipts or invoices to Briefcase at once using WhatsApp. You can add as many pictures as you like in a single submission, and choose whether to upload them as separate documents or merge them into one PDF — handy for a multi-page invoice.

# Step-by-step

1.  Send your first picture to the Briefcase contact on WhatsApp, just as you normally would.

2.  Briefcase replies with the option to **Submit** or **Make Changes**. Tap **Make Changes**.

3.  Tap **Add more documents** and either choose existing pictures from your device or take new photos. Repeat until you have added everything you want in this batch.

4.  Decide how you want them uploaded:

    -   **As separate invoices/receipts** — leave the merge option unticked. Each picture is processed as its own document.

    -   **Merged into one PDF** — tick **Merge documents** when the pictures are pages of the same document (e.g. a two-page invoice, or an invoice plus its supporting page). Briefcase combines them into a single document.

5.  Tap **Submit**. All of your pictures appear in your Briefcase inbox ready for processing.

Only merge pictures that belong to the **same** invoice or receipt. If you are sending several unrelated receipts, leave merge unticked so each one is processed separately.
