Email Upload. When you connect a client to Briefcase, a unique Briefcase email address is automatically generated. You can find it by opening the client.

You can find it by opening the client account and checking **Business Settings** on the left navigation bar.

# Email forwarding

All invoices and bank statements can be sent to this single email and our AI will review each email and allocate them to the correct inbox.

Even if there are no attachments, Briefcase will convert the email body into a PDF for processing.

Any duplicates or non-transactional documents are automatically routed to your **Archive**.

# Email content

Email content is automatically attached as a secondary attachment for every transaction originating from the email, preserving important context that may not appear in the invoice itself.

# Auto-forwarding rules
